Kratom is about as safe as coffee. Abuse of any substance will have ill effects. There have been no injuries or fatalities linked to kratom. Some statistics have linked very few deaths to kratom, but every case people were using a concoction of other drugs. To be safe: Use caution when mixing kratom with other drugs.
